Expanded Polyethylene Foam (EPE), also known as Pearl Cotton or Tegolon, is composed of numerous independent bubbles formed by physical gas foaming of low-density polyethylene resin. EPE features a non-crosslinked closed-cell structure, high recyclability, very low water absorption, lightweight and clean white material, with excellent sound insulation, thermal insulation, cooling retention, and cushioning shock absorption properties. It is widely used in electronic products, bicycle exports, hand tool case liners, furniture, agricultural product protection, and various industrial product cushioning packaging. |
