Expanded Polyethylene Foam (EPE), also known as Pearl Cotton or Teguron, is made by physically foaming low-density polyethylene resin to create numerous independent bubbles.

EPE features a non-crosslinked closed-cell structure with high recyclability and very low water absorption. The material is lightweight and white, providing sound insulation, thermal insulation, cooling retention, and excellent cushioning and shock absorption. It is 100% non-toxic and odorless, widely used for protective packaging in electronic products, bicycle exports, tool box inserts, furniture, agricultural product protection, and various industrial cushioning applications.
